On Oct 1st, 2023 I adopted a three month old American Pit/Australian cattle dog, Stratfordshire, & boxer mix (in that order)…Yes, I had the DNA done on her, I was so curious of her breed. She was born at Geauga Mom’s and Pups, then transferred to Friendship APL about one week before her three month birthday, she went by the name Olive. My granddaughter had shown me a picture of her on Petfinders so we decided to go out to FAPL to see her and other pups that were there. Well, one look at her and she melted us, so we took her into the meet & greet room and she was just the sweetest, needless to say we took her home that day, she has been such a joy. She’s very loving/affectionate, playful and smart.

On July 20th we will be celebrating her 2yr birthday, then on October 1st we will celebrate her gotcha day. I can honestly say she’s the best thing that ever happened to this family. I never knew it until she came into my heart that I needed her more than she needed me. She is truly a ‘sugar-bum’ she steals kisses every chance she gets!
